When you stay at home all the time and the skin is not exposed to the sun at all, your skin is the safest. But I can certainly say that’s impossible as you have to buy some necessary daily supplies or food even though you needn’t to meet your friends outside. As soon as you leave the house, there is a risk of sun damage. Still, you can cover up your skin as much as possible. However, it’s not enough to protect your skin completely, you still need to apply the regular amount of sunscreen cream on your face and neck. Make sure you choose a sunscreen that has a high SPF and apply it at least half an hour before going out, so that your skin has enough time to absorb it. Another good idea would be to use a high-SPF lip balm which can be one of the discount cosmetics. Don’t forget that sunscreen offers lasts for only about two hours, so it needs to be reapplied!
